Melanie is a very clear and constant communicator, I had no issues with having to contact her for updates in our home sale - she was always great with letting me know about updates as soon as she found out. From meeting me at the property, understanding the backstory of the property, what my sale expectations were, working with me through the sale remotely, and "going to bat" for me during the sale, Melanie exceeded all of my expectations. Even in the middle of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Melanie was committed to our sale and was very realistic of what the market was looking like. When I needed advice, she provided thorough, neutral feedback and never made me feel like she was trying to sell me on her realtor skills and abilities - they were obvious by how she conducts her business.

Melanie is a breath of fresh air especially during the competitive housing market. We are a military family and we were able to go through the entire house buying process virtually. Melanie was a life saver for me .she handled all aspects of the sale of my mothers home she went above and beyond her required duty she went by late one night just to check on the house because someone had left lights on she even had the police come out and check the house not many people would take the time to do that at 10:00 o'clock at night she communicated with me ever step of the way I would tell anyone that ask who's a good realtor to use i would say Melanie without a doubt.

Melanie was absolutely awesome to work with! We had to travel to Mississippi for a short weekend to look at houses and she was with us every step of the way!
